Thank you for creating this Wild Books shopping opportunity. Amongst the drama and social impacts of the coronavirus pandemic one thing that has struck home for me is just how significant the global tourism market is. Within this, it has also struck me how ecotourism, including avitourism, has the potential to alleviate poverty by bringing money into the economy and creating jobs. Furthermore, local guides have been trained who have gained an appreciation of the value of wildlife, from an economic and ecological perspective, and this has benefited the communities within which they live, as well as the wildlife and their habitats. I have no doubt that Wild Books will expand this mutually beneficial industry.
